Sherry’s Tasty Raspberry Leaf Tea


1 part fennel or anise (if you like a rich, licorice taste.)
1 part rosehips ( for vitamin C)
2 parts red raspberry leaf (uterine toner)
1 part stevia leaves ( provides a sweet taste.)
1 part peppermint leaf ( adds a refreshing cool taste)
1 part chamomile ( relaxing, earthy taste that makes for a calm mama!)

Add 2 tsp of loose leaf tea to one cup of boiled water and steep for five minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.

If ice tea is desired, use a quart mason jar and fill with 3 Tabls. of loose tea.  Add 1 ½  cups of boiling water. Steep for 5  minutes.  Strain.  Add sweetener if desired.  Stir and pour back into jar. Fill the rest of the jar with ice.  Sip over the course of the day and target for ½ cup an hour throughout the day.
