Jordan is 20 now.  We adopted him when he was 2 weeks old.  He has been blessed with Down syndrome.  He is a very happy  young man that loves life and loves to help.

Sheela is 19.  She was adopted from Madras, India, at 21 months of age.  She was born without eyes and now wears beautiful prosthesis.  She is very helpful around the house and has a great attitude.  She is tiny, but full of joy and encouragement.

Lynny is 16. She was adopted at age 14 months from Pune, India.  She has autism and cerebral palsy. Although she only has the use of her right arm, and cannot walk, she is able to most of all her own care.  She tries so hard to be independent.

They have all been homeschooled from the very beginning.  Jordan cannot read or write, due to his severe mental disability, but he can work at jobs such as chopping fire wood, sorting lumber, cleaning and vacuuming, and washing dishes.

Sheela reads Braille and is a big fan of music and books on tape.  She loves to help around the house.

Lynny reads at about the 5th grade level and loves to go to the library.  She is also good a looking for things to do, such as art work, taking the garbage out.  She has been Sheela's "eyes" for many years.  They are very close and is it sweet to see them working together.
