Payment options for Midwifery Care

As a midwife, I am committed to good midwife care for my clients.  Why pay a midwife?

We cannot accept Medicaid at this time.  I do accept most insurance including Blue Cross of Idaho, and we do accept trades.  I am open to payment plans, that including trading items, such as vehicles, meat, labor, and many other items.  (Trade arrangements need to be agreed upon by first visit.)

Generally we like to have the birth paid for by 37 weeks (including delivery of trade items).

Monthly payments are as follows:

Initial visit  FREE

First visit deposit of $300

Rest of payments are months left until 37 weeks along, divided by $2,000.00

For example:

Initial visit FREE

First Visit - deposit $300.00

6 months left in pregnancy until 37 weeks    6 divided by $2,000.00 = $333.00
